The Virtual Relations programme brings together the works of filmmakers Majdi El-Omari, Maha Haj, and Larissa Sansour & Søren Lind whose shorts across dramatic and sci-fi genres hauntingly hover in the space between life and death. Through their surreal narratives and non-linear time structures, the films explore imagined lives and relationships in the family, and their known and unknown futures.
