After the success of last year’s Olive Oil Tasting, Fairtrade Palestine will return to the PFFA for the third time to host another Olive Oil Tasting at the LAB111 Kapel. This event will include a historical background on the sacred olive tree, including visuals of the current harvest season, chronicling the process of olive oil production and a portrayal of what Palestinian olive farmers currently endure. To close off, there will be a fun sampling of different types of olive oil, paired with Palestinian condiments.

Fairtrade Palestine began selling artisanal Palestinian products in early 2022. Founded by Ibrahim and Anita, Fairtrade Palestine operates on a non-profit basis with a goal to support the local Palestinian economy and help preserve Palestinian culture and traditions.
